Helping you make social change without burning out or losing hope.

The world needs your magic! Let’s make sure you keep showing up sustainably, audaciously, and authentically.

Be resilient. Be brilliant.

Be audaciously YOU.

You’re doing stuff that matters - supporting others, challenging broken systems, and showing up even when it’s hard. You see the pain in the world and feel called to help.

But let’s be honest: it’s a lot. Sometimes, it might even feel like too much.

You’re not alone. And you’re not the problem.

The truth?

The people showing up with the most audacity right now are often the ones clinging to the status quo.

But that’s not what we need.

We need you - and your fierce compassion, messy hope, and relentless care.

It’s time to reclaim audacity for the carers, the healers, the helpers, the educators, the idealists, and the revolutionaries.

Here, we reject the tired math of self-worth—the kind that adds up your “good parts” and subtracts your struggles to decide if you’re enough.

It’s not either/or here, it’s a loving ‘and’…

  • You’re a survivor and a visionary.

  • You’re tired and tenacious.

  • You’re messy and magnificent.

You don’t need to get rid of your imperfections to step into your power.

You get to bring ALL of you. That’s where your brilliance lives.

The Audacious And

At The Audacious And, I help people who help others—educators, advocates, carers, creatives, organisers—build unshakeable inner resilience and unlock the ability to make epic change that’s already within them.

Whether you’re running on empty or brimming with bold ideas but don’t know where to start, you’ll find the tools, coaching, and community you need to:

  • Build resilience (without bypassing the hard stuff)

  • Heal from burnout and trauma (without losing your fire)

  • Embrace your complexity (and finally stop holding yourself back)

  • Make the world a better place than the one you see today!

Because your magic isn’t in being perfect—it’s in being fully you.

Welcome to life with The Audacious And.

This Is Your Space to Grow, Heal, and Shine

About Anna:

I help people make social change without burning out or losing hope. My journey from NHS dropout to the pink-haired sassypants you see today was created through audaciously challenging how things “should be done” and finding supportive tools that work in the chaos of real life.

Through my coaching, programmes and shared membership with GG Calvert, I've supported hundreds of people to turn their challenges into self-defined success. From medics, teachers and parents, to entrepreneurs and community organisers, I show people from all backgrounds how to love themselves enough to do things differently.

Every time they do, their impact skyrockets!
